exceeded my expectations

attentive staff helpful staff comfortable bed perfect location

the staff was attentive and helpful plus they were clearly very experienced with handling customers. i thought the personalized note from the general manager was a nice touch. the room was quiet plus clean and the bed was comfortable. the location was perfect since it's a short walk to gare du nord and near metro lines.

the elevator is tiny which might give pause to some people plus i think it only fits one person at a time.

my room overlooked the garden and was quiet i really liked the diptyque toiletries in the bathroom the bed was also comfortable and well appointed which was a plus. i felt really charmed by it

the hotel is on a quiet side street in a bustling neighborhood the grands boulevards and rue des martyrs are nearby plus i enjoyed strolling and eating there. it was a very charming spot i would definitely recommend.
